Submissions Are Open

St. Thomas Law Review is currently reviewing submissions for publication in the Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 issues of Volume 31.

St. Thomas Law Review (STLR) publishes three volumes per year, including a symposium issue in the Spring.

STLR invites the submission of manuscripts on topics of interest to the legal community. To submit your article for consideration, please submit your manuscript along with any cover letter, abstract, or author CV directly to the Articles Solicitation Editor at achiapperini@stu.edu or lawrev@stu.edu. STLR also publishes essays, notes, blogs, book review, compendia, and other shorter pieces to the STLR Forum, an online component to the print journal. STLR accepts submissions year-round on a rolling basis, until all publication spots are filled.

  • Manuscripts should be formatted in Microsoft Word version 6.0 or greater.

  • Footnotes should be single spaced and conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th ed. 2015).

Online Submission Criteria:

Although STLR Forum submissions standards for online publication are less formal, excellence in authorship is always desired.
